Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us
"Personal information" refers to data that can be used—alone or in combination with other information—to directly or indirectly identify, contact, or locate you. The personal information we collect includes your name, location, shipping address(es), and order history. This does not include credit card or PayPal information; RDX does not store payment methods.

We may also collect personal information you provide about others, such as their name and address (e.g., when sending a gift). This information is used solely to fulfill your request.

Social Media Widgets

The RDX service may include social media features, such as Facebook Like and Share buttons. These features may collect your IP address, log which page you are visiting, and set cookies to function properly. Some social features are hosted by third-party providers (e.g., Facebook), and your interactions with them are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Text Messages

You may choose to receive text messages from us. When you opt in, we’ll send you updates about promotions and other messages. These may include information collected automatically based on your interactions with our website, such as reminders about abandoned carts.

When you voluntarily sign up for SMS notifications, we collect and store the information you provide, such as your phone number and message read activity. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How We Use Your Information

Generally, we use personal information to deliver the RDX service to you, including:

  • Creating and managing your account

  • Processing and confirming your orders

  • Responding to customer service inquiries

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your name and email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email, through your account settings, or by contacting us at RDX-Nutrition@outlook.com.

Note: You cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails, such as order confirmations or shipping updates.

RDX does not track your online activity across third-party websites and currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Managing Your Data

To update or change your personal information, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting us at RDX-Nutrition@outlook.com.

To deactivate your account, send us a request. We will delete your personal data unless we are required to retain it for ongoing business obligations. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Retention

RDX retains your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you. We only keep and use your information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

Protecting your personal data is important to us. We take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and do not accept liability for unintended data breaches.

We may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative matters related to your use of RDX services. If a security breach occurs, we will notify you via our website or email.

RDX follows widely accepted industry standards to protect personal information during transmission and once received.
If you have questions about data security, please contact us at RDX-Nutrition@outlook.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Please report unauthorized account use or other security issues to RDX immediately.
